DAVID SOMERVILLE - Sky

After studying drama at the Queensland University of Technology, David completed a Bachelor of Music Theatre at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. Most recently, David performed the role of Bud Davenport in the Neil Gooding production of Gutenberg! The Musical, both at the 2009 Adelaide Cabaret Festival and the return Sydney season. Prior to this he toured Australasia in The Phantom of the Opera for The Really Useful Company/John Frost, in which he understudied and performed the role of Raoul. Other credits include Fiddler on the Roof with Topol Australian Tour for TML Enterprises, On Our Selection for the Black Swan Theatre Company in Perth, South Pacific for Seabiscuit Productions, and a workshop reading of The Silver Donkey for the Melbourne Theatre Company. He has also performed as part of the award-winning corporate act The Three Waiters. David made his screen debut in the AFTRS short film The Saviour, which was nominated for an Oscar in 2007.
