CHRIS BUCHANAN - Eddie

Melbourne born, Chris has trained vocally with Susan Crawshaw, David Rogers-Smith, and continues to study the Estill Voice Method with Gerald Marko. His theatre credits include Blood Brothers, Pippin, and The Scarlet Pimpernel (CLOC Musical Theatre); Les Miserables, Disney’s Beauty & The Beast, and West Side Story (Whitehorse Musical Theatre). Chris has performed in several productions across the Melbourne Comedy, Fringe and Midsumma Festivals such as Bare-A Pop Opera (Shoosh Productions), Burnt (La Mama), Greatness Thrust Upon Them (Standing There Productions) and Zanna, Don’t! (Quirky Productions). Corporate events include Victorian Tourism Awards and Crown Casino events. TV credits include City Homicide and commercials for Dunlop Sports, Citysearch, CSR and Hairhouse Warehouse. Most recently Chris appeared in Call Girl–The Musical (Tracy Harvey Productions) and is thrilled to be playing the role of Eddie in the 10th Anniversary Tour of MAMMA MIA!.
